Per Aer Lingus:

"Saver Fares start from $569 round trip (restrictions apply), inclusive of taxes and fees for travel March 25 - March 31, 2018."

Aer Lingus is promoting this route to Americans primarily for its connections "across Britain and Europe."

It's disappointing that Ireland's national airline is treating Dublin (and Ireland) as merely a gateway to somewhere else.
