Worldwide promotion of Canada as a culinary tourism destination is one component of Tourism Minister Chagger's 20-point tourism plan. (See Related Article, above.)

Will be interesting to see this campaign as it rolls out.

Maybe other tourist boards less well endowed with money will be able to use some of the strategy/tactics to be developed.
