Ottawa Tourism has worked with Algonquin College and La Cite to develop a free customer-training tool for front-line personnel in hotel, restaurant, attraction and transportation businesses.

The organization encourages members to incorporate the program into their process for onboarding new employees, and to offer it to existing employees also.
