Stated objective is to develop an economic development and tourism strategy for the Bay of Fundy region.

Plan seems to be to position Campobello Island as a tourism gateway through which visitors can be drawn into a wider area of Canada and Maine.

The governments of Canada and the Atlantic Provinces are sponsoring.
