As part of a $700M real-estate deal, Och-Ziff Real Estate - an affiliate of Och-Ziff Capital Management - has bought Maine ski resorts Sunday River and Sugarloaf along with 12 other ski areas and other properties.

Boyne USA Resorts still has a 40-year lease on the Maine resorts, and will continue to manage them.

Och-Ziff's plans for future investment in the resorts are unknown at this time.
