Greater Boston CVB President and CEO Pat Moscaritolo said in a press release Friday that the Head of the Charles Regatta - the largest 2-day rowing meet in the world - to be held this weekend is expected to draw more than 146,000 out-of-town visitors and generate more than $72M in spending in greater Boston.
