Californian company Cottonwood Management is developing these luxury condos, which will then be managed by Taiwan-based Regent Hotels Group - a global luxury hospitality brand managing hotels, resorts, residences and cruises.
Almost certainly a goodly share of these units will be offered as short-term rentals, in competition with the many Seaport district hotels: Seaport Boston, Yotel, Renaissance, Westin, Element, Envoy, Aloft, etc.
