Per the State Web site:
"As of July 1, 2017 and the adoption of the New Hampshire’s state budget for Fiscal Year 2018-2019, the Department of Resources and Economic Development will undergo a reorganization. The reorganization is the result of Governor Sununu’s efforts to refocus the divisions of Economic Development and Travel & Tourism Development into the Department of Business and Economic Affairs. The Department of Cultural Resources is being combined with the Division of Parks and Recreation and Division of Forest & Lands to form the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources."
Taylor Caswell has been confirmed as Commissioner of the new department.
So now economic development and tourism are under one Commissioner, and Cultural Resources are under another.
Victoria Cimino will continue to hold the top Tourism job.
