These 8 new hotel projects currently under development will increase Providence room supply to 3500 rooms across 19 hotels:

Completed

Under construction
- Homewood Suites
- Marriott Residence Inn
- Hotel Beatrice
In planning
- Best Western Glo
- Aloft
- Holiday Inn
- Hive

Citywide occupancy is currently running around 70% year-round, up to 80% in summer.

The Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence is the largest convention center in RI, with 130,000 sf of exhibition space.
