Campaign consists of a series of short videos (shot this time in RI by RI agency) of people doing various tourist stuff in RI. Campaign is running outside RI on travel Web sites.
"Fun-sized" apparently refers to the fact that because of RI's small size and diversity of available activities, visitors don't have to waste much time driving around.
