Vermont Gov. Phil Scott announced last week the appointment of Heather Pelham as Commissioner of the Vermont Department of Tourism and Marketing.

Pelham has been Acting Commissioner since her predecessor Wendy Knight resigned in July after 2 years.

Pelham had been Deputy Commissioner since March, and previously served as VT CMO for 4 years.
