Norwegian Air

Norwegian Air has announced that service from Belfast International Airport to Stewart International Airport in New York State and T F Green Airport in Warwick, RI will end on 27 October 2018.

A Norwegian spokesperson said that service is ending as a result of insufficient customer demand, and that NI travelers are "well served" by the airline's flights from Dublin, Shannon and Cork.

A Belfast International Airport spokesperson blames any lack of demand on Norwegian's inconvenient flight schedule.
