Many skilled EU citizens working in the UK are feel they are no longer welcome there, and resent the ingratitude of the country for their service.
They also fear that if no Brexit plan is in place by next year, the UK economy will tank and they'll be the first to be laid off by employers.
Theresa May's government sorely needs a plan to retain these workers, and fast.
