So-called European Reform Group of 100 Tory MPs have proposed a 2-year, multi-trip visa be made available to non-UK citizens for 10 GBP.

They estimate annual revenue from this of 150M GBP.

The USA and Australia have similar schemes.

The Home Office has commented in non-committal fashion.
