First new complex in Kissimmee, FL will have 324 1-3 bedroom units renting for $1300-$2000.

Other locations haven't been released.

AHLA has said (my paraphrase) that with this venture Airbnb abandons the sharing-economy concept in favor of commercial landlording that will negatively impact communities.
