Recommendations to go forward with the 192-mile Northern Pass transmission line by economists and tourism "experts" from Washington state, Montana and otherwise Away got a chilly reception Wednesday from the NH committee reviewing the project.

NH PUC's Kate Bailey said savings for small NH electric customers could be as little as $5/month.
