The Maine Office of Outdoor Recreation has announced that the first Maine Outdoor Economy Summit will be held in Portland on 12-13 October 2022.
Event is billed as "A day to connect, learn and collaborate to focus on the shared vision of advancing Maine's outdoor recreation economy."

Wednesday 12 October at various locations at Thompson's Point:
- 3 concurrent afternoon workshops
- Kick-off reception and product showcase
Thursday 13 October at Brick South, Thompson's Point:
- Product showcase of Maine brands
- Outdoor Innovation Stories
- 5 plenary sessions
- 4 breakout sessions
- Career networking event
On Friday 14 October a bonus workshop will be offered at Lone Pine Brewery in Gorham.
