Plan is to award the title of European Capital of Smart Tourism 2019 to 2 cities with the most intelligent, innovative and inclusive approaches to tourism development, and to recognize achievement in the areas of sustainability, accessibility, digitalisation, cultural heritage and creativity.

Winners will receive communication and branding support, promotion, a video and a sculpture for their city center.

Cities with 100K+ inhabitants, plus the largest city in any country where no city has 100k inhabitants, are eligible to apply. Deadline is 30 June 2018.
