NYC & Company and Tourism Toronto have inked a 2-year partnership agreement.
Plan is for the 2 cities to promote each other at home (to the tune of $500K), and share best marketing practices, to induce incremental, reciprocal intercity travel.
I hope both cities will be willing to share their numbers publicly, so we can all see what worked and what didn't.
The CAD-USD exchange rate will be a wild card in this deal.
