The Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau has launched a $600,000 campaign aimed at getting meeting planners to bring events to the Pennsylvania Convention Center and other Philadelphia meeting venues and hotels in 2021-2022.
The "Meet the Moment" campaign is being rolled out to I95-corridor drive markets from Boston to DC using digital ads, e-mail, social media and print. Ads stress Philadelphia's nearness to other east-coast cities along with its walkability, relative affordability, good meeting facilities and rich history.
