Eligibility requirements for businesses are:

• Must deliver a tourism product or service in Nova Scotia
• Must be registered with the Nova Scotia Registry of Joint Stock Companies and have all required licenses, permits and approvals
• Lodgings and campgrounds must have a valid Tourist Accommodation License, be approved by a recognized quality organization and be listed on NovaScotia.com.
• Inclusion in a regional travel guide of any accommodation or campground or other business that does not meet these guidelines may result in the guide not being displayed.
