The Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development has announced the availability of $80,000 in Regional Marketing and Recruitment Grants available to local organizations for purposes of attracting visitors, residents or businesses to the State.

One-to-one matching funds (not in-kind) can be used for advertising, promotion, events, etc. that promote a region of Vermont to potential visitors or new residents.

Some additional conditions, per the ACCD website:

• Eligible projects will be designed to remain in place for an extended period - "not one-time events"
• Priority will be given to proposals originating from areas of Vermont not included in the Burlington-South Burlington Labor Market Area.
• Projects must demonstrate a minimum of four measurable results and provide baseline metrics
• Multiyear proposals will be accepted.
