Teaming with Visit Florida and the Bradenton CVB, Visit Tampa Bay has launched a digital billboard campaign across 29 boroughs of London.
Visit Tampa Bay - which is funded from the Hillsborough County 5% bed tax - and the Bradenton CVB each invested $75K in the project, the $100K balance coming from Visit Florida.
Social media and travel-trade promotions supplement the billboards.
The UK is Florida's #1 overseas market, #2 international market after Canada.
Looks like we should add Florida to the list of non-EU holiday destinations that are taking share from Spain, Italy, etc. in 2019.
