Potential strikers are pilots who are not BALPA members, located in markets outside the UK.

Michael O'Leary has said his airline won't give in to "laughable" demands by these individuals, and that this could result in strikes over the Easter holiday period.

BALPA pilots got their pay raises by threatening to strike over Christmas. Why does Mr. O'Leary think the current situation will play out differently?
