Newly-appointed UK Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab said in a statement last week, among other things:
- Discussions with the EU have moved closer to agreement on governance, data protection and administrative procedures.
- The UK wants to see no hard Ireland-NI border, and no new border that cuts NI off from and the rest of the UK.
- A clear and precise vision of the future UK-EU relationship needs to be agreed upon alongside the Withdrawal Agreement.
That last bullet is the sticking point, isn't it?
