Fáilte Ireland and Tourism Ireland this week are presenting Meitheal, the country's largest B2B travel trade fair.
Because of the challenges Irish tourism is facing because of COVID-19, Fáilte Ireland is covering registration fees of the participants.
Representatives of 480 Irish tourism businesses are holding nearly 9,000 one-on-one virtual meetings with more than 200 buyers from around the world.
Ireland Tourism Minister Catherine Martin said:
"This shows the pent-up demand that exists, now more than ever, for what Ireland has to offer as a country."
