Ireland Taoiseach Dr. Leo Varadkar will meet with US President Donald Trump on Thursday 15 March 2018 as part of traditional St. Patrick's day celebrations. Issues that Brexit pose for Ireland and Northern Ireland are expected to be on the agenda.

Varadkar is also expected to attend the NYC St. Patrick's Day parade in NYC on Saturday.

With any luck, following this meeting we'll discover Trump's views on the Irish aspects of Brexit.
