New cruise ferry W. B. Yeats entering service in July 2018 will be able to carry 1885 passengers and crew and 1200 cars, and has 441 cabins.
Looks like a fun UK-Ireland or France-Ireland trip - much more so than flying. Hope the pricing will be reasonable.
