American travel bloggers Cameron Seagle and Natasha Alden visited Galway in October on assignment for Lonely Planet's "Pathfinders" program, as part of a new US promotion by Tourism Ireland.
Plan is for the bloggers to create fresh multi-media content about Galway for both Lonely Planet and their own distribution channels, then cross-promote.
Media being used by Tourism Ireland and Lonely Planet include YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and the World Pursuit website.
