Ocean City NJ sets $563K budget for 2021 tourism marketing

Ocean City Tourism Development Commission

The Ocean City Tourism Development Commission has approved a total 2021 tourism budget of $620K of which $563K will be spent on marketing:

  • Digital: $224K
  • TV: $200K
  • Out-of-home (billboards): $40K
  • Also print, direct mail, contests and giveaways

Philadelphia is Ocean City's #1 tourism source market.

So far in 2020, Ocean City real estate sales have been booming, but rentals are down.

Retail had a good fall after reopening in September

Some restaurants are closed, but those doing takeout are doing well.
