Tourism Ireland's campaign targets 4.6M Canadians in the Toronto metro area with commuter-train posters, a radio contest and Facebook ads.
There are also said to be Tourism Ireland ads on the Air Transat Web site, but I couldn't find these today (27 July). (??)
Montreal-based Air Transat operates scheduled and charter flights to 30 countries. Published pricing for Toronto-Dublin round-trip flights (18 August - 7 September 2017) is CA$834.
Direct air access to Ireland from Canada is likely largely responsible for the 11% increase in Canadian visits seen in 2016.
