According to Paul Smith, associate professor of French studies at the University of Nottingham, UK restaurant and hotel industry would collapse if all EU citizens are sent home.
Unclear what makes him an expert in that area.
UK PM Theresa May has said EU citizens currently working in the UK can remain, but her spokesperson has also said that free Eu-UK movement will end in March 2019.
EU Brexit negotiators accuse their UK counterparts of being vague and dragging their feet, and I'm sure it seems that way to EU citizens working in hospitality and tourism in the UK.
