Seven Newport museums are collaborating on the new Web site (see Visit Website, above) and offering a deeply discounted combination ticket (which is neither transferable nor returnable/exchangeable).
Organizers say the individual museums will each promote the new site via their social media accounts, but " the site’s content will be moderated so that only constructive contributions are posted."
The only place I could find on the site that accepts user-generated content is here:
www.36hoursinnewportri.com/...-streets/local-scuttlebutt
but as of right now, no one seems to have made any constructive contributions yet.
