This will be the 5th round of this funding, for 2019-2021.

To date the UK Government has provided 170M GBP for similar projects.

The improvements to be funded are expected to increase staycationing in coastal areas.

If the GBP continues to remain weak and fluctuating throughout the Brexit evolution, this funding should do much good.

Will be interesting to compare how the US gov't will act to help the tourism industry in our hurricane-ravaged Southeast.
