Per the 2017 MasterCard Global Destination Cities Index, London is the world's #2 tourism destination city, and Singapore is #5. So we can assume tourist traffic is flowing heavily both ways, and enough said about those 2.

Per VisitMorocco.com, Agadir on the Atlantic coast in "one of the pearls of Morocco" with 10km of seafront and 300 days/year of sunshine. So this looks like a place Germans might want to visit for a sun/beach experience.

For Cologne's part, according to Lonely Planet, the city offers its famous cathedral (#1 attraction) plus museums (art, sport, Roman history) and lively nightlife in the Altstadt beer halls and during the spring Carnival.
