Closing of NH paper mills has meant the loss of hundreds of jobs.

Towns and tourism officials are working on turning Coos County into an ATVing mecca.

Economic impact hasn't yet been well quantified - but unemployment in Coos County was only;y 3.1% in September, so they seem to be doing all right.

And there's likely to be less air pollution from the ATVs than there used to be from the paper mills.
