Mr. Lennon's recommendations for strengthening Ireland tourism include retaining the reduced VAT rate for tourism services, increasing hotel capacity in Dublin, making tourism and hospitality careers more attractive to young people, and the appointment of a dedicated Tourism Minister in the Irish cabinet.

Hard to disagree with any of those ideas.
