South Portland City Clerk has certified the necessary 1000 petition signatures requiring the City Council to once again reconsider the short-term-rental ordinance initially approved 17 July.

City Council is expected to hold a public hearing in September, then either kill the ordinance or send it to a vote in November.

Let's hope they send it to a vote so everyone can be heard.
