The board of Greater Boston CVB has named Providence Warwick CVB chief Martha Sheridan to succeed longtime (28 years) head Pat Moscaritolo as President and CEO, effective 15 February 2019.
An earlier attempt to hire a COO to understudy Moscaritolo faIled after the CVB board was criticized for not shortlisting any minority candidates.
A new search starting from Square One by an enlarged and diversified search committee resulted in the selection of Sheridan.
