The Scituate/West Cork Sister City Committee plans to unveil a plan for a South Shore Irish Heritage Trail modeled after Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way at its meeting on 20 May 2020. Tentatively, the Trail would begin in Weymouth and end in Plymouth, and perhaps connect with the Boston Irish Heritage Tail through Milton and Quincy.
The Government of Ireland has provided $1250 to get the project started.
