- Businesses already at higher levels of capacity can maintain same until 24 May.
- Capacity increases are subject to "dialdown" by CDC.
- Bars and tasting rooms can reopen 26 March under Seated Food and Drink guidelines.
- Effective immediately MA, CT and RI join list of test/quarantine-exempt states along with NH and VT.
- Travelers from any US state who have recovered from COVID-19 or been vaccinated are now exempt from testing/quarantine.
- As of 1 May, travelers from all states will be exempt unless CDC determines that a state has a high prevalence of highly contagious COVID-19 variants - an approach likely to remain in place through the summer.
- Face mask and social distancing protocols remain in place.
