Portland Jetport

United Airlines announced yesterday the addition of nonstop flights to Portland Jetport from 6 Midwest cities.

New flights from Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Milwaukee and Pittsburgh are scheduled to begin 27 May 2021.

These flights are in addition to those currently flying from Chicago, Denver, New York/Newark and Washington Dulles.

Also the weekend Denver service will be expanded to daily beginning 4 June.

Airport Director Paul Bradbury said:

"We thank United for this opportunity, and for their continued commitment to Portland and the State of Maine as a destination."

Portland City Manager John Jennings said:

"This announcement by United Airlines is an important economic boost for the City of Portland. The past year has been challenging with the pandemic, and this new non-stop service from six Midwest destinations makes it much easier to access our city."

Round-trip fares from Cincinnati currently posted on United.com for May 28-30 range from $356 to $690.
