Regional DMO Discover New England CEO Chris Jennings announced in an e-mail today the cancellation of the Tourism Summit & International Marketplace that had been scheduled to take place 1-3 May 2022 at Sunday River in Maine because of "continued uncertainty regarding the ongoing impact of COVID-19 and the uncertainty of overseas international travel in the near term."

Both 2020 and 2021 Summits were also canceled because of COVID-19.

At its most recent Summit in 2019, Discover New England organized more than 5,000 meetings between international buyers and New England suppliers.
