NNEPRA is considering operating summer weekend passenger rail service to Bath, Wiscasset, Newcastle and Rockland.

Meetings for public input will be held:

  • Newcastle Board of Selectmen 22 January 7 pm
  • Wiscasset Board of Selectmen 23 January 6 PM
  • Rockland Council Chambers 24 January 5:30 PM

With a reasonable schedule - time allowed people at each stop - this could have some benefits for restaurants and retailers.
