Reportedly Soli DG was one of only 2 bidders for the contract to operate CruiseMaine, and former CruiseMaine Director Amy Powers' consulting firm MaineCruisePro did not bid.

Value of the first year of this contract is believed to be $115K.

According to their Facebook profile, Soli DG is a port management and maritime consulting firm specializing in market analysis and supply chain optimization.
