Irish Revenue Commission

Revenue Commission is looking at post-Brexit customs checks on persons arriving in Ireland by ferry, helicopter, boat or otherwise - but "not applicable to north-south crossings."

However: I don't believe north-south crossings are entirely off the table yet.
