jetBlue is a US partner of Aer Lingus.
Norwegian is currently Aer Lingus's biggest transatlantic competitor. Primera Air is also about to get into the mix.
Analysts believe that jetBlue maybe about to order Airbus A321LR aircraft for service to European cities from its Boston and New York hubs.
