On 23 January, Taipei-based Starlux Airlines began operations with a first flight from Taipei to Penang via Da Nang and Macau using 188-seat A321neos. All of Starlux's initial routes serve leisure destinations.
And on 28 January SAS began summer 2020 service between Copenhagen and Chicago using 300-seat A350 aircraft.
