Targeted trade and consumer promotions will run from now until the end of November.
To kick this campaign off, Tourism Ireland and the Shannon Airport Group along with a delegation from the Wild Atlantic Way have hosted trade and media events for 40 tour operators and diaspora journalists in Boston and NYC.
Consumer advertising is expected to deliver 86M impressions.
Campaign will include:
- Digital billboards
- Digital ads on Facebook, Instagram, Travel + Leisure and similar platforms
- Offers on Travelzoo and other travel deals websites
- Cooperative promotions with Aer Lingus and United
- Communications re Shannon and the WAW in travel trade media
