In a speech at a meeting in London, ABTA CEO Mark Tanzer called for clarification by the UK government of travel issues including aviation access, worker migration, VAT and consumer protection.

The European Commission has said that the UK will leave the EU single aviation market when Brexit is finalized - scheduled for March 2019. How UK airlines will have access to EU destinations after that date is a major issue that needs to be addressed.
